The 15-minute consultation is free and carries no charge or commitment.

Reschedule a session free of charge with reasonable advance notice.

Unused sessions from an active package remain valid for the published validity period.

Cancel an active package and unused sessions are refunded after deducting sessions used at single-session rates.

If a coach is not the right fit, we rematch you at no additional cost before any refund is needed.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
